Key Features
Engineered to Meet Training Goals: This vest comes as an empty shell without weight plates included and enables flexible weight regulation ranging from 2.2 to 110 lbs. Users may add or take out weight plates at will to align the load with their workout intensity. Ideal for both novice trainees and seasoned strength athletes, it facilitates steady progressive overload training to continuously boost overall muscle strength and physical endurance.
Sturdy Construction: Made of high-class Oxford fabric, the shoulder sections are strengthened via Z-shaped stitching alongside a practical bottom layout. Such elaborate workmanship prevents fabric tearing and stops weight inserts from shifting during vigorous movements including sprints and jumps, maintaining excellent toughness for years of consistent use.
Body-Friendly Contoured Build: Equipped with wide inclined shoulder straps fitted with adjustable buckles, this vest evenly disperses weight to avoid shoulder strain and skin irritation. Its spacious neckline enables inconspicuous wear beneath regular outfits, while the customizable fastening waistband conforms to diverse body types and locks the vest firmly without sliding mid-workout.
Multi-Scenario Utility: Whether you go jogging, skip rope, play basketball or football, ride bikes, do strength training, practice martial arts and self-defense or exercise at home, this vest fits various occasions. It ramps up training difficulty, improves fat-loss effectiveness, tightens core support and improves overall sports performance in every dimension.
Compact & Space-efficient Design: The vest’s compact design supports convenient portability and storage—whether at home, outdoors, or in the gym—enabling effective training across diverse settings without requiring bulky equipment.

It is suitable for jogging, skipping, basketball, football, cycling, strength training, martial arts and self-defence, and home workouts. It is easy to carry and store at home, outdoors or at the gym.
